adda.social is currently free to use during our beta period. This policy primarily covers payments made by fans/clients through creator-generated payment links.
adda.social is free during the beta period. No subscription or platform fees are charged. There is nothing to refund for platform access. When paid plans are introduced, we will update this policy with specific refund terms for subscriptions.
adda.social enables creators to collect payments from their fans and clients via Razorpay. These payments include:
Refund responsibility: For payments made to creators via their adda.social payment links, the refund is the responsibility of the respective creator, not adda.social (BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP). adda.social is a platform/tool; we do not control the creator's business or refund decisions.
Digital products (ebooks, presets, templates, courses) are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods:
Tips are voluntary contributions to creators. Once a tip is sent, it is generally non-refundable as it is a gift. However, in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at support@adda.social.
Razorpay charges a processing fee on all transactions. These fees are non-refundable even when a refund is issued for the transaction amount. The processing fee may or may not be deducted from the refund amount depending on the circumstances.
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us immediately at support@adda.social. We will work with Razorpay to investigate and resolve the issue. Also contact your bank to report the unauthorized charge.
