1. About adda.social

adda.social ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a business management platform for Indian content creators, operated by BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. Our platform helps creators manage brand deals, invoicing, payments, communities, and more.

2. Eligibility

To use adda.social, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of India or have a valid Indian business entity
• Have a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) for invoicing features
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Account Registration

You may register using your email address. We use OTP-based authentication — no password is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at support@adda.social if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Services

adda.social provides the following features (collectively, "Services"):

• Brand deal CRM and GST-compliant invoicing
• UPI and card payment collection via Razorpay
• Consultation booking and scheduling
• Digital product sales and delivery
• Tip pages, paid DMs, and membership tiers
• Community management with WhatsApp/Telegram integration
• Campaign discovery and collaboration tools

5. Payments and Fees

adda.social is currently free to use during our beta period. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions for payment processing. We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes between you and Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We may introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes affect existing users.

6. Tax Compliance

adda.social provides tools to help you with GST and TDS calculations. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your tax filings are accurate and compliant with applicable Indian tax laws. Our calculations are for reference only and do not constitute professional tax advice. Consult a chartered accountant for tax advisory.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Create fraudulent invoices or misrepresent transactions
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

8. Intellectual Property

The adda.social platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. You retain ownership of all content you upload (invoices, product files, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of adda.social. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@adda.social. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first — contact us at support@adda.social.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
